IT Systems Administrator
Job Description
The IT Systems Specialist will provide onsite support services involving end user helpdesk support, client workstations, mobile devices, network, and peripheral devices for a local private school. Remote support on occasion may also be required.
Responsibilities include the following:
Management of Office 365, Active Directory User accounts, group permissions (GPO’s), shared resources
Provides general support for classroom computing devices, multimedia projectors, laptops, tablets, Smart Boards, printers, iPads etc., by troubleshooting issues, and helping users with basic instructions on the use of these devices.
Install, perform maintenance and repairs on computer hardware, network devices (Router, Data Switches, WAPs), application software, and peripheral devices for faculty and student labs.
Proactively monitor, maintain and oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
Provides school support for managing computer labs and carts, by regularly inventorying equipment, and making sure devices are in working order and software is up to date.
Experience/Education/Certifications: 3 Years plus hands-on experience, HS Diploma, Associates Degree, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security & Network+ are a plus.

Salary: 40k-45k DOE (plus a 5k bonus)
