VITUAL IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT SPECIALIST
The Project Specialist II is an integral part of our implementation team. This position virtually manages multiple software installation projects at a time within our recreation dealerships. A Project Specialist is responsible for coordinating multiple aspects of customer implementation, which may include: pre-conversion consultation and planning; test conversion; conversion execution; post-conversion training; product set-up and implementation of multiple products. We are seeking individuals with dealership and some accounting/finance experience who can multi-task, utilize critical thinking skills to assess urgent situations; create their own processes; work independently; use professional but assertive measures to gather necessary information; and have the ability to learn and navigate our software, including web based applications and web based themes. Prior tech experience is not required, just the capability and interest of learning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs product Quality Assurance process with software development teams or hardware providers
- Consults on methods to maximize the dealership’s efficiency, profits, sales, productivity and revenue
- Performs product Quality Assurance process with software development teams or hardware providers.
- Consults with dealership department management to assess dealership business practices, processes, workflows and critical business drivers
- Customizes and implements CDK application software to support dealership practices, processes, workflows and critical business drivers
- Performs verification seminars to ensure client understanding of application and gain client confirmation of application customization
- Trains client on application functionality where knowledge gaps exist
- Conducts post-implementation follow-up meetings with client to ensure optimum application usage, accuracy of customization, and satisfaction
- Updates key install and preparation information in, monitors personal backlog, and prepares monthly reports
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Accounting/Finance experience or knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Able to learn web based software and applications
- Must be able to work weekends and after hours in peak season of January - April
- Dealership experience is preferred. Recreational dealership is a ++

Salary - $65k - $70k (BOE) + 7% performance bonus
