IT Support Analyst provides Tier 2 support to the facility. The position will provide support, guidance, and consulting around local applications, databases and peripherals. Interfacing with customers, vendors and others in IT to support the business during migrations, upgrades and implementations.

This is an onsite role, working in close partnership with our Charleston Associates. Remote is not available for this position.

• 
  A Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum 8 years of IT related experience.

• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, processes, and security
• Experience supporting applications, databases and their peripherals
• Ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions.
• Perform requirements gathering to anticipate customer hardware needs, upgrades and equipment
• Understand the hardware/technology needs of a manufacturing, warehouse and lab environment
• Familiar with IoT, Connected Industry, and Big Data Concepts in a production/warehouse/lab environment.
• Experience and comfortable in a manufacturing environment
• Strong customer-service awareness and orientation
• Ability to be a liaison for the customer, working between IT solution groups and those in the plant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a diverse, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
