Hybrid working environment where office time is highly focused on collaboration time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


We are currently seeking Help Desk Technicians to join our fast growing, highly collaborative team and work with leading technology. The Help Desk Technician will assist with our AI product and monitor and report on any support applications issues (after hours) and other computer tasks.

Help Desk Technician Qualifications and Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 1- 2 years’ prior work experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; strong typing skills and ability to learn new computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail while performing repetitive work
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to ask questions
  • Reliable, self-motivated individual comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar with popular web browsers including Chrome
  • Strong attention to detail while performing repetitive work

Help Desk Technician
Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor various software applications and run provided scripts as needed to keep software functioning
  • Obtain further information for documents that are incomplete or need updating from Dev Ops/QA and Engineering
  • Communicate with on call staff member as needed
  • Interact with customers via phone, teams, zoom, JIRA ticketing system, and email
  • Review AI product and note if corrections are needed from a user interface viewpoint
  • Troubleshoot and communicate software issues to the Engineering team
  • Communicate discrepancies with procedures and/or manual and what is being seen in production with the Dev Ops Team
  • Data labeling/tagging/classification and processing
  • Create/update support manual and procedures as new software versions are released
  • Collaborate with DevOps on transferring knowledge in both directions
  • Analyze data from daily log and bring up anomalies to the Dev Ops/QA team
  • Identify any anomalies with software products from a user interface viewpoint
