Job Requirements for Full Stack Developer:

• · Collaborating with others in a team development environment
• · Using technical skills to enhance PBS's custom environment
• · Modifying back-end systems to securely interface with third-party web services in standard formats and process XML-provided data
• · Testing solutions to ensure all third-party requirements are met including meeting specifications for data validations, business rules, and error handling
• · Creating test data to demonstrate solutions pass acceptance test criteria, data validations, UI business rules, and error handling
• · Providing test results for acceptance before implementation
• Job Qualifications for Full Stack Developer:
• · At least 5 years’ experience in developing and working with web services to generate requests and accept responses using SOAP messages per the Web Services Descriptor Language (WSDL) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) file requests (including attachments) that meet standard formats
• · Ability to implement security measures such as transport and message level authentications, confidentiality, and integrity mechanisms when generating web service requests
• · Competent in reading and writing data from SQL databases and APIs
• · Experience in developing ASP.NET console apps, APIs, and web services
• · Understanding of basic dev ops
• · Flexible to changing requirements and Agile methods of development
• · Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
• · Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• · Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• · Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• · Manages and prioritizes workloads
• · Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Other Preferred / Optional Qualifications for Full Stack Developer:

• · State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) Web Service experience a plus
• · HR tech experience a plus
• · Modern development experience with SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
