NetForce is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to assist our customers across the Four Corners area.

Duties Including:

• Providing on-site technical support and computer related equipment and services
• Delivering and setting up workstations, servers, switches, routers and other computer equipment
• Responding to customer requests for support that cannot be handled remotely
• Regularly visit client sites to ensure proper operation of client computer systems
• Troubleshooting computer and network systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a professional computer service technician
• Familiar with networking technologies and equipment including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Windows based computer systems
• Experience with CAT5 and CAT6 structured cabling solutions and termination
• Setup and configure Windows based servers and workstations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A+ and Network+ or other relevant certifications a plus
• Valid drivers license'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
