Job Description
The role of a Information Technology Specialist is an essential part of the IT department and will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects to support the overall function of the IT team. Your responsibilities include triaging phone calls and support requests as well as, project coordination and procurement.
Remote Position - Must have flexible working hours including weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Responsible for IT ticketing system, Fresh Service, to ensure tickets are assigned to the appropriate IT team member and tracked through to completion.
- Partner with the IT Support Generalists to perform phone support and ticket for our national teams while prioritizing and maintaining departmental SLAs.
- Identify reoccurring issues and concerns based on open and closed tickets, partner with the IT team on process improvements and come up with long-term plans to mitigate issues.
- Partnering with the HR, Finance and IT team to own UKG daily uploads.
- Troubleshoot and solve basic end user questions and concerns, escalating when appropriate.
- Partner with the team and Sollis' Procurement Manager to manage procurement and inventory for internet services, hardware and software assets; ordering new equipment as needed to support a growing workforce.
- Assist with project management for departmental projects partnering with appropriate stakeholders
- Parter with the expansion team, medical, operations, and internal IT team on new clinic builds to ensure we are on track for go-live and post go-live timelines
- Perform audits and daily system health checks
- Perform other duties as requested
Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in IT or customer service
- Previous IT ticketing or sales system experience required (example: Salesforce, Zendesk, Fresh Service etc.)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and productivity software required
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Teams or Slack preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance preferred

Range: $65,000-$75,000
This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position remotely. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their families) will be offered various plans to select from medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
