Seeking and IT Help Desk Specialist for Financial Management Client – on-site (Hybrid) in Brighton, MA

What the IT Help Desk Specialist will do..

  • Provide Help Desk support for end users including computer, telephone and mobile devices/tablets
  • Network support including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting via remote and in-person
  • Maintain equipment inventory supply including deployment and decommissioning
  • Stay current on any updates, changes or system implementations

What the company needs in an IT Help Desk Specialist

  • Hybrid work schedule - must be able to travel in-person to Boston, MA and will be in office 2-3 days per week
  • Previous IT or Help Desk experience or IT certification required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion to work in a collaborative environment that interfaces directly in-person or virtually
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Help Desk support or a related role
  • Experience supporting end users with various software preferably in a Windows 10 environment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset is a must!!
