What the IT Help Desk Specialist will do..
- Provide Help Desk support for end users including computer, telephone and mobile devices/tablets
- Network support including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting via remote and in-person
- Maintain equipment inventory supply including deployment and decommissioning
- Stay current on any updates, changes or system implementations
What the company needs in an IT Help Desk Specialist
- Hybrid work schedule - must be able to travel in-person to Boston, MA and will be in office 2-3 days per week
- Previous IT or Help Desk experience or IT certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion to work in a collaborative environment that interfaces directly in-person or virtually
- 1+ years of experience in IT Help Desk support or a related role
- Experience supporting end users with various software preferably in a Windows 10 environment
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset is a must!!
