We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer to join the Digital Product organization under the Technology team. The digital product organization is led by the Director of Product with support from a project manager and coordinator. Our development and QA team is currently offshore, and we’re looking to bring someone on full time to help with high priority, high impact features.
What makes this exciting and challenging? We’re a true omnichannel and vertically integrated business with B2C, B2B, and B2B2C sales channels (plus we do our own manufacturing and delivery). We’re completely embracing the headless architecture along with centralizing all data across all channels in near real-time. You get to work with a unique loyalty program, build interesting subscription models, play with many user endpoints (web, mobile, POS), and so much more!

Your Impact on the Mission
General
- 8+ years of experience as a developer supporting a headless ecommerce architecture in a production environment.
- Experience working with developers, QA, product managers and other resources that are on-shore and off-shore.
- Very familiar with Agile development, robust SDLCs that include SCRUM, story point estimation, automated code deployment, QA automation, etc.
- Integration with 3rd party platforms and services through REST APIs.
- STRONG understanding of creating scalable reusable components and libraries, development best practices, secure web applications.
- Familiar with Figma or equivalent.
- Good communicator and personal skills. Ability to work well with members and other functional groups. A strong sense of project ownership and pride in your work.
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend development supporting headless architecture.
- STRONG experience with .NET Core 6, Sanity CMS, SQL Server, REST API in a production environment.
- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development working with headless architecture.
- Proficient experience of front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, etc.
- Collaboration - Slack, Jira, Figma
- Tech Stack - Azure, AWS, Github, SQL
- 3rd Party Integrations - OrderGroove, Talon.one, Sanity, Vercel
