About the team:
Our organization focuses on managing and delivering world-class data assets, including creating and maintaining data standards, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. What you'll need
- Experience in developing highly scalable Microservices and optimized RESTful APIs using Spring Boot in Java 8 or above.
- Experience in Junit for unit testing application.
- Experience in version control tools - GitHub.
- Experience with messaging tools like Kafka or ApacheMQ.
- Exposure with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational (Azure SQL or Oracle) and non-relational database technologies (Cassandra or Cosmos, or Mongo DB), data modeling and RESTful web APIs.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
- Experience in working in an environment using Agile practices and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- A disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.
- A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things to the next level and a passion for adopting the latest industry best practices.
Nice to Have
- Prior enterprise experience in working with Azure Cloud Technologies.
- Experience working directly with Product, Business, and other stake holders in delivering end-to-end product features.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber or Karate.
