What are we looking for


At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Compensation and Information Systems Specialist to join our Corporate office located in Coral Gables, FL, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do


This role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in supporting the Americas with our local compensation and systems activities along with aiding and supporting information systems global projects. This may include compensation analyses, market benchmarking, systems integrations and transitions and project coordination. The Compensation and Information Systems Specialist needs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all compensation and information systems and be able to work closely with HR colleagues and other functional groups.

Job Expectations

  • Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and prepare companies quarterly bonus program from start to finish and coordinate with internal partners to ensure the information is correct and processed.
  • Manage, create, and update HRIS to execute the annual performance bonuses for all the Americas.
  • Act as subject matter expert for compensation market data in Americas.
  • Work with systems including Salary.com’s CompAnalyst for Americas market data to provide recommendations for offer letters, compensation adjustments and new positions.
  • Partner with HRIS in ensuring accuracy of data and seamless integration of systems with compensation processes.
  • Responsible to review and approve offers for all Americas in adherence to our internal practices.
  • Perform job analysis and job evaluations to develop job profiles. Determines FLSA exemption.
  • Maintain a pulse on all compensation programs throughout the Americas.
  • Track, monitor, and maintain archive of compensation assessments performed.
  • Conducts audits, follows, and adheres to all applicable compensation related domestic and international wage regulations.
  • Collaborate on projects, system migrations, new vendor connections, RPAs and other new developments, serve as subject matter expert and coordinator.
  • Responsible for HRIS organizational structures, cost centers, data quality.
  • Partners with functional departments such as Organization/Analytics and Total Rewards and collaborate on projects, tasks, and major department milestones.
  • Partners with recruitment to maintain job descriptions and with organization to identify proper grading.
  • Assists with annual budgeting process for all Americas.
  • Other items as assigned.

What you need to succeed


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience of increased responsibility in Compensation or Total Rewards
  • 2+ years of experience in information systems
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
  • Experience with SAP/Successfactors
Skills Required
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated strong quantitative and data analysis skills
