The Opportunity
The Integration Management Office (IMO) in Adobe’s Corporate Development organization consist of a multifaceted core group of professionals responsible for pre-merger operational diligence, integration strategy and post-merger integration planning and execution. As a member of the IMO, you will collaborate with Adobe’s senior executives and business unit leaders throughout the phases of the acquisition life-cycle to ensure a smooth transition of the acquired company into Adobe’s ecosystem. We’re looking for an experienced individual who excels in partnering cross-functionally and influencing in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. This individual is operationally focused and commercially experienced, with the skill to simultaneously drive integration efforts while ensuring acquisition targets meet/exceed deal value drivers. What you'll Do
Provide support to the corporate development team prior to close
Serve as active participant in diligence of target company to lead the evaluation of key issues, to assess integration challenges and to develop post-close plans
Partner with executives and function leaders to craft integration strategies that closely align with acquisition rationale and operating model!
Drive timely and objective decision-making with sound advice and good judgment to sustain the pace of integration and maintain alignment with the deal rationale
Document detailed integration planning with activities, timelines, resources, and costs required to achieve deal specific value drivers
Develop and measure specific financial measures and leading indicators throughout the integration/transition period to measure success of the integration
Present regular integration updates and ensure Adobe senior leadership is aware of critical issues/risks and drive them to resolution with constant and consistent objectivity
Build, empower, and encourage cross-functional teams that partner with leaders to successfully plan and complete integration roadmap
Own integration governance and manage decisions and progress reports for Integration team What you need to succeed
Undergraduate / Graduate degree, preferably MBA
3+ years M&A experience preferably in consulting firms
Strong business acuity with experience in a digital/consumer internet or SaaS environment; prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired
Knowledge of end-to-end corporate development activities
Experience in pre and post-acquisition integration activities in technology companies
Exceptional program management skills with demonstrated capability in sophisticated and ambiguous environments
High level of operational focus, strong analytical skill, rigor and attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expert in M&A tools, data rooms, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Easily establishes rapport and effective relationships, while driving accountability for shared results
High emotional intelligence and ability to challenge in a nuanced way, influencing areas of the business that are not under direct control will be critical

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,700 -- $120,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
