J ob Summary: The HRIS Analyst will support one or more HR systems including SAP HR Benefits, Tenstreet, and Learning systems such as Alchemy. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of configurations and will work through complex problems, issues and processes to ensure global compliance. This role will provide technical and analytical leadership on projects with a focus on requirements gathering and testing.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills & Experience: 3+ years relevant experience. Experience writing requirements and test cases. HR experience highly valued. SAP HR not required but highly valued. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Strategic thinker, results oriented and self-directed

This role will provide technical and analytical leadership on projects with a focus on requirements gathering and testing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, optimizing centralized work and measuring the delivery of those services in a consistent and objective way
- Defining user requirements and establishing technical specifications while enhancing productivity, quality and customer service standards
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends and delivering results to the HR customer.
- Collaborate with the functional end users and use the technical resources to design functionality that will satisfy the customer need.
- Ensure that all testing procedures have been carried out as per the predetermined goals.
- Support the execution of projects using Tyson project methodology in a variety of roles including lead analyst, SME or technical resource.
- Maintain awareness of best practices and identify opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
- Maintain a product/enhancement backlog and work with business stakeholders for prioritization.
- Translating complex technical themes into business facing language
