This position is located in the Systems Integration program area within the Office of Information Technology.

Analyze, design, program, implement, maintain, and provide technical support for Public Health applications and processes as assigned. Ensure maximum system uptime for critical components to ensure business continuity. Adheres to Information Technology and security standards.

Support, maintain, and/or modify web, mobile and client/server application modules, processes, and integration services for health program areas. Provide technical backup to other health modules as assigned. Adheres to Information Technology application development standards and security requirements.

Act as a technical consultant to customers and assist with problem resolution. Work with other technology staff to ensure applications adhere to Information Technology application development standards. Work with program and analytics staff to ensure data and reporting needs are met and adhere to IT Security Standards.

Prepare and maintain system documentation for applications supported. Provide appropriate administrative documentation/project communication.

State Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and work experience in the modification and maintenance of system programs, the design and development of system software, or the testing and debugging of system software. An associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.

Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
