Corteva Agriscience LLC seeks a FT Staff Software Engineer in Johnson, IA. The Staff Software Engineer will ensure that the right software is built and that it is built correctly. This position will design elegant data structures, build scalable Python services, and improve all aspects of the product, both technical and processes, and deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equiv. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 yrs. related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) software engineering exp. Must also have 12 months of exp. (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) designing and maintaining microservices and cluster architectures and supporting framework libraries for cloud based API services; (2) developing unified and reusable front-end user interfaces using technologies including React, Angular, Google Maps and interfacing with restful web apps built using the model-view-controller pattern using Node.js and Python; (3) implementing complete Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines; and (4) creating unified user interface experiences across multiple products in the organization.
